Our first used car was delivered on 26 December 1998. It was a very old car, Datsun 100A. Little do I know that this car was launched even before I was born! I had searched the internet and came to know this fact: In 1970 Datsun launched a technological breakthrough in the form of the Datsun 100A...

It was a dull red Datsun 100A with the car plate number EP4365C. My brother had sponsored this car in fact. But in the end, it was an unexpected outcome... a 'tragedy'...

I can still remember what I found inside the car one night, and then at other nights later. It was photograph stickers of my husband with the so-called Christian woman. Later on, I even discovered hotel receipts signed by my husband. I also saw shopping receipts of Isetan signed by the Christian married woman. On several times, she even left her sunglasses in the car.

The worst of all was to find 'evidence' of 'their acts' in the car. Finger-nail cutting, window screens to seal up the windows, battery wire and so on (for parking the car at a particular spot, and on the engine... and you can imagine...).

For all the money spent, the money was not being put into good use as such definitely. What was meant to be a 'good will' turned out to be a tragedy! My husband even quarreled with my brother. Their relationship turned sour at that time.

Chinese always say that if man have money, they will fool around. With the car, it is even worst. One day, I found him to be back home with a lipstick kiss mark on his cheek. Was it a deliberate act?

I wondered who was the previous owner of the car...

Anyway, we are not going to buy used cars (compro auto usate) at this moment, although it would be so much better to have a vehicle of our own. Everything is about money and for not having a car, it is definitely we could not afford it. In addition, I would not want such history to repeat again.

However, if finances permits, I would love to have a car. Having a cheap used car, I can bring my children to the seaside and other remote places (reservoirs and gardens). How I missed those areas.

The old car was scrapped. The money, $5000 went down the drain.

The person is so scared to disclose their name. Previously, no pop-ups. Everything was fine. Everything so good. However, yesterday was the beginning. Yesterday was the experiment. Experiment success, today the show begins. I am very fed-up with the pops, irritating POPssssssss!!!

It is not how much I earn, but how much I give
I may not be a big blogger who earn a lot of money at the three Ps marketplace. But I am happy with earning money there, big or small. For having spread the 'words' about the three Ps, for earning money from blogs advertising, I had to exchanged what I earn with my page rank. I am fine with it, as long as I get the money. What is a title of 'Restaurant Manager' or 'Executive Superintendent' or whatever beautiful title, if a mere worker can earn more money?

How Long can I Tolerate
They always keep us updated with emails. Their blogs, their websites have already done what they wanted. Yet, that was not enough. They wanted more, they wanted to be sure that you know. This is normal human nature, but I do not like. I am grateful for the service you provide, but I do not like this new feature implemented to our PERSONAL blogs. At your blogs, at your sites, I have no objection if I am using your service, I gladly comply. But definitely NO to my PERSONAL blogs -- not just one blog, not just two, but a handful of them.

That to me, is very unethical. It is a misuse of authority. A total misuse.

I Do Not Need To Write All I Know
Do I sound clear? I hope I get the message across. I am not blaming anyone, but just voicing out. Will I be penalized for voicing out on my blog? I just want my readers to know that the pop-ups are NOT from me. I hate Pops-up. If I want to promote my websites, I would do it ethically, no underhand either. I do not need to spam. I do not like to leave insincere comments which aim at leaving just a trail to my blogs and a free backlink to my site. That is not me. So what if I get higher page rank but with insincerity or winning through a false coat on myself? I am not the wolf who wear a mask or wear the sheep coat to win somebody over. Cheap Or Quality

Would you spend money to buy cheap products for your skincare or would you buy expensive products for your skin? Would you rather spend more money on quality sink and taps or would you rather save your money to buy cheap sink and taps?

Nowadays, you can find so many similar things around us. Whichever things you are looking at, there are lots of choices you can make. Take for instance my favourite drink, Oolong Tea, there are so many brands. There are cheap ones which cost as little as a few cents per tea bag. In a box of 100 tea bags, you could be paying lesser than another brand which have a nicer packaging, but have lesser tea bags. Still another brand has as nice packaging as this second brand, but they are more expensive. Which would you buy? When taste and food are concerned, you probably have to try them to know. Most often however, the more expensive something is, the better the quality.

In terms of non-consumable things such as household items, I often shop for cheap things. However, cheap things are not durable. They tend to rust, break, and lost their colours or condition in time to come. Depending on what things you are using for your home, certain things which are more convenient to be thrown away after prolong use, I would buy cheap things. However, things that are mainly fixtures, something which required to be installed and fix at a position for months and years, I would want quality rather than price.

One common fixtures at home which require quality products is our bathroom taps, bathtubs, showers, sinks and bathroom accessories. I had bought cheap bathroom accessories before. In the long run, I waste time and I waste a lot of trouble and energy having to replace rusty accessories every now and then. In the bathroom, rust dirt were found, staining the toilet too. This is surely no value for money at all. Experience had taught me not to buy cheap or poor quality bathroom accessories and taps. Imagine you save some money buying cheap tap, but after a few months, you need to call up the plumber to reinstall taps and showers. You need to pay for transport, service charge and replace new taps. Is that worth it? I would rather once and for all spent a reasonable amount of money on quality taps, sinks, bathroom accessories and showers! Certain things require you to pay more at first, but in the long run you save your money! Cheap or quality? You just need to be flexible when it comes to saving money. Certain things you need to look for cheap things, but certain things you need to look for quality.

I always tell Richard, when you are trying so hard to earn money, you get loans, you stress yourself in various ways, you get mad at the family, you throw temper, you regard spending money on food as a waste of money, how are you going to have good health without a balance of life when all in your mind is money? Spend money on a good meal and he would not be happy. Spend money on children's stationeries and he would scold non-stop. I earn my money and I used my own money. That is the best.

He is willing to spend S$150 paying the bank for credit card renewal. He is willing to spend s$500 to pay for interest rates. He ends up doing balance transfer in his whole life. This is what I called Revolving Loan Life as what I said in Peace Diary.

I told him, do you think that you can always be so healthy, sitting in front of the computer and walking around all the time? What happened when one day you are lying in bed? You want me to 'throw you away'? You want me to dump you outside the door and tell your mother to take back your son? I told him that if you want to earn money, don't try to earn money from me. Yesterday I wrote about PayU2Blog.com Review at MoneySick.com. PayU2Blog is owned by Triangle Direct. They did not pay me yet for my tasks which was done three weeks ago. He replied me saying he would look into the matter. This is as though I am not telling the truth! I waited for another day. Last night, I sent him email again. This morning, I had not received any replies from him yet. Several people had not got their payment also.

On 16 July 2007, four days prior to payment date, Tony Feriozzi sent out a message to everybody informing everybody about payment date. For the past weeks I was wondering when was the next date. No message was issued and it is three weeks and coming to a month soon and my tasks was completed and no payment was issued out.

There was no security at our side at all. When you have performed any task, the system would say your post is approved and it shows a payout of $5 which is very ambiguous. This might have misunderstood as we already had the money and for the previous week of tasks done, which was being received, there was no indication that payment were made. This is not clear at all and it is another "ReviewMe" which I had similar experience. This is perhaps the best way to default any payment.

Obviously I am not the only one who did not receive payment from them. Blogsvertise and PayPerPost might be late for payment at times, perhaps one to three days at most. But they really never fail to pay after all this while with them so far. So do Smorty. As for ReviewMe, I had payment received after I had several emails sent and all links unlinked and now it was linked back when money was received again.

If PayU2Blog is not going to pay me, I am going to cancel all advertiser links like I did before for ReviewMe. Work is Work. There are links which I had linked to other sides, and I am not paid for it. I linked to them on my own free will and accord. They are not my advertiser, but I find the site useful and provide useful information or might be advantageous to readers. However, when we signed up for any blog advertising, we have our standpoint very clear -- we are there to place the advertiser links on our blog post and we want to be paid in return for those links. It takes time and effort to accomplish all that and it is only fair that we are compensated for what we have done. I do not like companies that are responsible in defaulting payment.

Today is Wednesday here, I do not know if they will 'work' on weekends. I shall give them another few days to reply to me and I want payment from them. If they are not going to pay me by next Monday, I will remove all advertiser links.

I am excited about the thought of being a shop owner. If I have a shop, I would want to have an air-conditioned shop. My shop is my second home. I would want to make it like my second home there. A shop house is the exact term for it. Most shops at Toa Payoh is like that. I remember my gynae Dr Koh, at Toa Payoh, somewhere around Blk 184 or 174, cannot remember the exact Block. His clinic is at the first floor and there is a second floor for him to have some minor surgery or daysurgery. On Second floor of his clinic, there are six beds if I am not wrong. I think there are two rooms on second floor of his clinic. This type of shop house is really good. Anything the doctor is tired or the nurse is tired, they can take a nap there.

In my shop, I want to sell all types of accessories and home deco. I will not sell clothes or shoes, but I will sell earrings, rings, sunglasses, watches, clocks and various collectibles. The range of products would varies from cheap to expensive ones, so that it suits more customers.

To get a student loan, students need to show financial need. Students need to apply for a student loan as soon as their college accepts them. If the students defer repayment, the interest accumulates and their loans get larger. Usually people who take Private Student Loans go for those that defer principal payments until the student is out of school.

For students who are oppressed by student loan payments, there is a way out. As long as they are out of school, they have loans and their payments are up to date, they can consolidate their debt. Why I blog? I blog because I want to know what a blog is. I want to try blogging. After I had tested, used and experienced it, I came to know of Google Adsense. It is opportunity to earn money. After that I learn how to make money from blogs. There are various products which I can sell, making your own products, and even selling your affiliate products from various affiliate programs that you join.

Recently there are lots of companies paying you to blog for advertisers. I have signed up and tried on plenty of them. So far I have no payment issues, except for some occasional delays and and there. However, the most disappointing ones that I had experienced now is ReviewMe. You can read more at Review of ReviewMe and Earn From Review Me. ReviewMe had not paid me yet until today. Last night I had cancelled all links to the advertisers involved whom ReviewMe did not pay me. I know it would not be fair for those advertisers who had paid ReviewMe. But ReviewMe never pays me! This morning I had received an email from Text-linked Ads CFO, Bill Fish, saying that payments will be sent out to those accounts which have payment errors. For the whole day, no payment was ever received! I am not going to waste my time nor energy to write any more emails to them. If they do not send me the money, I am prepared to 'lose' all the money -- just treat it as a lesson learn.

Do I continue blogging when there are so much uncertainty with these companies? There are still many other places where I can earn money. They are Smorty, Blogsvertise, PayU2Blog, Blogitive, Bloggerwave, SponsoredReviews, Blogads and not forgetting PayPerPost. One moment you are writing for these companies and the next moment, some in a week, some in 2 weeks and some in 30 days time, you may not get your money. Mails sent to them, but no replies at all!

While some people start a blog for the purpose of making money, there are more reasons for doing so. There are just so many reasons why people want to have their own blogs. But just like any other thing, people get 'tired' of blogging after some time. They get bored or even unmotivated to continue with their blogs. Just like there are various reasons why people start their blogs, there are various reasons why people would stop writing on their blogs too.

I would still continue writing my blog. I have many blogs. Some people wonder if I am tired of having so many blogs. Of course I am. I am not a robot. Blogging which was once so alien to me, was no longer foreign to me. It is now my life, my hobbies as well as my business, my money-making tools and products.

Blogging is a very versatile tool. Not only can you make money with it, it allows you to have an online collection of all your favourites. I love to collect all the inspirational things that I come across. Living in a small place, physical objects take up a lot of place. Collecting virtual objects in my blogs is my new way to collect all my inspiration. There is no more scrapbooks, no more junks and no more aching of my hands. With blogging, all I have to do is type, publish or upload, and search. Whenever I need to refer back to my collection, I search for my archives.

Apart from making money, and acting as a scrapbook for inspirational collection, a blog also serves the purpose of an online journal. During the past, a journal is considered something personal and it is rude to read the diary of other person without permission. However in this era, an online diary or journal have the purpose of showing people and telling people about your life. It is sharing your life and your experience with other people around the world. Having a journal also allows you to have more contacts or friends when it attracts similar interest person to it.

Blogging allows you to organize your thoughts clearly. By 'writing' down your thoughts and emotion, one can curb their emotion better too. Blogging has allowed me to pour my sorrows, vent my frustration and share my weals and woes with my destiny readers.

With these reasons, it is suffice to say why I would continue blogging!

Readers, I know this blog has been dead for over two months and that is long enough! We have been busy these last two months mapping out the direction for ReviewMe moving forward. We have two very cool announcements happening in the coming days.

1. A brand new product that will revolutionize the paid blogging model. This should be out to the public this Tuesday with a little luck.

Nothing would be attractive to me if they fail to pay me. In business, there got to be lots of trust. Proper ethics and codes of conduct is important in gaining the trust and respect of customers. I appreciate Bill Fish email to me this morning. But still it is not from ReviewMe (ROY?).

2. A promotion that will do a lot of good for some great charities. Thinking July 18th on this one but if you are familiar with development schedules this date is a crap shoot.

This may be a buying time tactics as in every sales. Unless I receive my payments from them, I am not going to trust them. It is not a matter of how much. It is a matter of promise.

Credit cards have many advantages. One of the obvious advantages of credit card is cashless transactions. This is obviously very useful when shopping and going dining or just going outdoors. You do not need to think of bringing money with you. You do not need to worry about dropping your cash while outing such as playing sports like tennis, badminton and so on. I was shopping the other day with my children. We went to a shoe shop, Bata. My children need to buy school shoes and I need to get my walking shoes as well. All the shoes are fixed price. I thought it was a very good deal!

Our items add up to be more than $50. I have no credit card. Luckily my husband has the credit card and we managed to saves. We bought three pairs of shoes and the total cost of the items was about $55. Upon presenting the Standard Chartered Credit Card, we get 15% of the total amount, which was $8.25 off. In the end &46.75 was charged to the credit card. Imagine if we do not have the credit card and we need to pay a amount of $55. But with the credit card, we saves $8.25, which for this amount of money, the children can enjoy two cups of Orange Julius!

It may be in the form of an amortising loan where the repayment is equally spread over the term of the loan.

4. The term loan is usually secured by way of assets and a personal guarantee but it may also be unsecured.

5. There are other charges payable such as an administration or arrangement fee, legal fees for preparing the loan agreement and commission or commitment fees if the bank agrees to keep the loan option open for a period of time pending the outcome of an uncertain event such as results of a tender.

The advantages of a term loan are as follows:
1. It makes planning easier as the borrower will know exactly how much and when to make the repayments of the loan.

2. The borrower can rest easy that the loan will be available for the agreed period of time whereas under an overdraft, depending on conduct of the account and circumstances of the business, the bank can insist on a reduction in the amount of overdraft facility originally given.

Residents are the users of Second Life, and their appearance is their avatar. First Land

The First Land program is used to reserve small blocks of land for first time land buyers, intending to decrease the cost of land for new premium accounts. Don’t overlook the newest outlet for writers, the Internet, and advertising billboards, greeting cards, and even the back of the cereal box gracing your breakfast table. Every one of these and many others must have someone write the words that are on them. How can you be one of those people, and make some money at the same time? After you have your finished product, you need a market, and you need to know how to approach them.

Books and online sites on the subject of specific markets are available. These are incredibly helpful. They often list the genre the publisher is looking to acquire, the word count of the average submissions they accept, extras accepted, such as illustrations or photographs, pay rates, even whom to contact. Remember though that people change jobs, so to make sure you are submitting to the right person, you may wish to call and ask who in the submissions department, or which editor exactly, to address a submission to. Send ‘clean’ copies of your work, minus peanut butter fingerprint gracias of your two-year-old, and never send your only copy. Do not fold, staple, or tape your manuscript; number pages if necessary. Enclose a cover letter, including a short bio, previous published works, why you picked them to send to, any special information on why you feel this would fit a specific market, etc., but leave out that your third grader loved it, or your neighbor thinks it is a best seller.
